Founded in 2016, United Plumbing has grown into one of South Australia's most respected commercial plumbing contractors. United Plumbing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of their commercial construction division. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving project performance, mentoring teams and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the business. Overseeing Project Managers, Site Managers, and field teams across multiple projects, you will ensure safety, quality, programme, and financial outcomes are achieved while helping shape systems, culture, and operational direction across the division.

The Role

As Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the planning and delivery of commercial plumbing construction projects
  • Monitoring project performance including forecasting, budgets and margin outcomes
  • Overseeing procurement, labour allocation and construction scheduling
  • Driving safety, compliance and quality standards across all projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, head contractors and suppliers
  • Leading post-project reviews and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
