We are currently seeking multiple Change Managers for initial 12-month contract opportunities with a large, highly regulated organisation based in Brisbane CBD.

These roles will support a range of enterprise transformation initiatives, working closely with project teams, business leaders and frontline operational teams to help deliver successful change outcomes.

This opportunity would suit Change Managers who are confident working across complex environments, engaging stakeholders, assessing change impacts and supporting people through business, process, technology or capability change.

As Change Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering change management strategies and plans
  • Conducting change impact assessments and supporting business readiness
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders, project teams and frontline staff
  • Supporting communications, engagement and learning activities
  • Identifying change risks, resistance and adoption challenges
  • Helping embed change across operational and customer-facing teams

You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager across complex projects or programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments such as finance, insurance, superannuation, government or similar
  • Exposure to contact centre, operational or frontline workforce environments would be highly regarded
  • Experience supporting technology, process, capability or business change
  • Prosci certification or similar would be highly regarded
