You'll work directly with owners of some of Melbourne's best custom homes, becoming the go-to person once construction is complete. These clients are busy, expect a premium level of service and want someone they trust to take care of everything after handover.
You'll likely manage around 5-10 private clients at any one time, overseeing the ongoing maintenance, servicing and presentation of their homes while building long-term relationships with each owner.
That could mean coordinating maintenance works, organising servicing, managing defects, arranging upgrades or overseeing construction projects up to $1m around the property. One day might involve expanding a deck, the next reviewing pool issues, coordinating smart home systems or ensuring backup generators are serviced and ready when needed.
There's also a commercial side to the role, so you'll need to be comfortable managing a P&L, pricing and quoting works, estimating project costs and identifying opportunities to add value through additional services.
The role has been created as a new value-added service within the business, so there's plenty of opportunity to help shape how it operates moving forward.
The business itself is a well-regarded high-end residential builder with a strong reputation across Melbourne's premium home market. They've built a stable, long-standing team, deliver architecturally designed homes for repeat private clients and are known for running a professional, well-managed operation.
You'll be trusted to manage client relationships face-to-face inside high-end homes across Melbourne's south-east suburbs while also handling the operational side of the role. Strong communication, professionalism and initiative will matter just as much as your technical understanding.
To be considered, you'll need experience across construction, maintenance, facilities or post-completion services and be comfortable working directly with discerning clients. Exposure to high-end residential projects will be advantageous, although experience across commercial or apartment projects could also be relevant. You'll also need to be organised, proactive and confident using technology, smart home systems and modern software tools.
The package is up to $180k, including a car if desired.
