We are looking for dedicated and personable Customer Service Officers to join our Grafton Racing Carnival Team on 15-16 (Wed & Thu) July 2026.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and processing bets, operating wagering terminals, overseeing EBT machines, and handling cash transactions. This is NOT a food and beverage assignment.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate wagering terminals and 'standalone' EBT machines
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues

What You Need To Have

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must pass the Fit to Work verification and an online training
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in operating wagering terminals and EBT machines is an asset (desirable)
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling practices is (preferred)
  • Be available to work in both days (preferred)
