Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) is a leading primary health network supporting the delivery and coordination of healthcare services across one of Australia’s most diverse and complex regions. With approximately 110 staff, CESPHN works collaboratively with general practice, allied health, hospitals, government and community organisations to improve health outcomes and strengthen access to care across the region.
The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and leading a small multidisciplinary team, the General Manager Planning & Engagement will:
- Lead regional planning, needs assessments and data-driven insights to inform strategy and funding outcomes
- Strengthen organisational storytelling, communications and reporting to clearly demonstrate impact with government and community partners
- Drive improved use of Salesforce CRM to enhance stakeholder engagement, insights and operational effectiveness
- Maintain and build strong relationships across government, primary care, hospitals and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and regional influence
About you
You are an experienced leader with strong planning, analytical and stakeholder engagement capability within the health sector. You will bring:
- Experience within PHN, LHD, government or broader healthcare environments
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate insights into meaningful strategy and communication
- Excellent written communication skills with experience reviewing and shaping organisational messaging
- A collaborative and hands-on leadership style with strong judgement and relationship management capability
