PRODUCTION MANAGER – FRAME & TRUSS

Mornington, Hobart

Brock Building Systems is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead our Frame & Truss manufacturing operation.

This role is suited to someone who understands Frame & Truss manufacturing, production scheduling, labour management, quality control and delivering on customer commitments.

We are not looking for someone to manage from behind a desk.

We are looking for a leader who is prepared to take ownership, lead from the front, hold people accountable and drive performance throughout the operation.

• Production planning and scheduling

• Team leadership and performance management

• Manufacturing quality control

• Labour and workflow management

• Inventory and material coordination

• Safety and compliance

• Continuous improvement initiatives

The successful applicant will ideally have experience within the Frame & Truss industry and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
