About The Role

As a Senior Training Instructor, you’ll lead the development and delivery of capability programs across technical, product, and sales professional domains. You’ll work closely with dealers, internal teams, and leadership to build stronger workforce capability-supporting strong learning outcomes and helping build workforce capability across the business.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in delivery but also thinking ahead - improving how we build skills, using feedback and data to continuously improve training programs and delivery.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys developing others but also understands how capability links to business performance. You bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, facilitation skills and commercial awareness, and are comfortable working across different stakeholders.

You’re equally comfortable facilitating in a classroom environment, adapting curriculum, or working behind the scenes to improve how learning is delivered to ensure learning outcomes are being achieved.

You Will Bring (Required)

Strong technical or product knowledge (agriculture, mobile plant, heavy equipment or similar)

Experience delivering training or facilitating capability programs (technical, dealer or customer-facing environments)

Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to engage different audiences to achieve desired learning outcomes.

Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence outcomes without formal authority

Strong communication and written skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

What You Will Do

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in delivery but also thinking ahead - improving how we build skills, using feedback and data to continuously improve training programs and delivery.

Deliver and facilitate training programs across technical, product and sales professional capability areas

Adapt and improve existing training content to ensure it is relevant and aligned to business needs

Lead training programs end-to-end, ensuring strong delivery, engagement and learning outcomes

Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators, and continuously improve programs

Partner with dealers and internal teams to identify capability needs and support learning outcomes

Manage training coordination and logistics, including scheduling, enrolments and program administration

Support dealer capability programs and certification pathways in collaboration with internal teams and external training partners (including RTOs)

Work with external training and certification partners to support development pathways

Coach and mentor other instructors to strengthen capability across the team

Stay current with product developments, industry trends and emerging technologies

This role involves regular travel (approximately 35%) across Australia, with occasional international travel to support training and product capability development.

Nice To Have

Experience in curriculum development or adapting global content for local markets

Exposure to sales enablement, customer journey or commercial training

Understanding and application of adult learning principles

Experience working with dealer networks or multi-channel environments

Familiarity with digital learning tools, simulation or data-driven learning approaches

Understanding of how training links to business or commercial outcomes

Experience using data or insights to improve capability programs

Education & Qualifications

A relevant qualification in a technical, trade, training or related discipline

Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
