Disability Support Worker

About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Padstow area to support a ventilated 15 year-old male with complex care needs who needs care in order to live independently within the family home.

Duties include but not limited to

• Medication administration
• Light Domestic assistance
• Meal preparation and PEG feed
• Personal Care Tasks
• Bowel care

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Current driver's license and your own car
• NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
• Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid (mandatory))
• Cert III or equivalent (mandatory)

Days/Hours

Various hours available

• Various nights 9pm to 9am
