Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Casino Shift Manager, to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Casino Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks such as game protection, game selection, pricing, and labour allocation decisions. What will you do?
- Oversee the entire table games operation during shifts, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures for game integrity
- Conduct reviews of new games and technology, providing recommendations for improvements to enhance the gaming experience
- Manage staffing needs by maintaining appropriate levels for operations, including rostering, training, coaching, and recruitment
- Pro-actively address and resolve guest complaints and gaming disputes to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the table games team by acting as a role model, fostering teamwork, and managing performance effectively
More about you
- Experience in a gaming management role
- Strong understanding of casino compliance frameworks and regulatory environments
- Table Games experience (preferred)
- The capacity to work with colleagues across a large organisation with strong commercial orientation
- Able to work a 7-day roster including public holidays and weekends, in accordance with departmental requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
- NT Casino Operative’s Licence
