High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a Client Manager to join our Wangara-based team. The Client Manager plays a vital role in leading the planning and delivery of High Voltage (HV) projects, maintenance, shutdowns and service contracts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of works ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused outcomes
• Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Regular site visits to build and strengthen client relationships, support operational teams and identify opportunities for growth and service delivery improvements
• Coordinate scheduling, resource planning and mobilisation to maximise utilisation and efficiency
• Provide leadership to teams, driving performance, engagement and capability development
• Ensure compliance with HV operational standards, safety requirements and quality expectations
• Oversee procurement, labour allocation and equipment utilisation
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, systems and processes

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in High Voltage (HV) electrical works, maintenance and project delivery
• Demonstrated experience in client management, account growth and service delivery
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams and complex portfolios of work
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Ability to plan, organise and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Trade qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Engineering degree
• Right to work in Australia
