We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our team on a casual basis. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to expand on your skills & work alongside some of the industry's most talent chefs.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Experience as a Commis Chef in a high volume, premium a-la-carte restaurant
Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
Interest in Italian cuisine
Good communication and immaculate presentation
A positive attitude, resilient and adaptable to change
Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
Attention to detail
Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
Calm and composed demeanour
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
