Your new company
Join a well-established construction/business operating in Alexandria, requiring short-term support within their project delivery team. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and contribute to ongoing projects alongside experienced professionals.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Managers and working closely with an existing Contracts Administrator, you will initially shadow the role for one week before taking ownership across the following three weeks.
Working hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Managing project handover documentation
Coordinating and completing site inductions
Preparing and maintaining data sheets
Providing administrative and contractual support to Project Managers
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Administrator roleStrong organisational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently after initial handover
Construction or project environment experience highly regarded
Immediate availability
