About the Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, this is a senior, hands-on HR Business Partner opportunity supporting approximately 200 employees across several specialist business units within a complex and fast-paced professional services environment.

Partnering closely with Managing Directors and senior business leaders, you will deliver both strategic and operational people solutions across the full employee lifecycle. This role will play a critical part in supporting organisational growth, performance management, remuneration processes, workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership capability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders on people strategy, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and business performance.
  • Leading and executing annual and mid-year performance review processes, remuneration reviews, and discretionary bonus cycles.
  • • Managing complex employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, probation reviews, and workplace issues.
  • Providing commercially focused advice that aligns people outcomes with broader business objectives.
  • Supporting organisational growth initiatives, talent planning, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Coaching and influencing senior stakeholders across a matrix environment.
  • Driving consistency and compliance across people policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and broader People teams to support workforce growth and business priorities.
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the regional platform.

About You

You are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in high-performing, commercially focused environments and enjoys partnering with sophisticated stakeholder groups.

You bring credibility, resilience, and strong business acumen, combined with a practical and hands-on approach to HR delivery.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience within a HR generalist, operational capacity, such as a HR BP or HR Manager, ideally from top-tier, global brands.
  • Recent industry experience such as professional services, consulting, financial services, accounting, legal, investment banking, engineering, or similarly complex corporate, highly qualified environments.
  • Strong experience managing performance management frameworks, remuneration reviews, bonus processes, and talent discussions.
  • Proven capability managing complex employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to align people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • The ability to operate autonomously while balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
