As we continue to expand, we are currently hiring 3 Registered Migration Agents (MARN) across all experience levels, from freshers to experienced professionals - 2 for our NSW offices (Parramatta and Toongabbie) and 1 for our Victoria office (Melbourne) - to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

This is an in-house, on-site role. Our offices are located in Parramatta NSW, Toongabbie NSW, and Melbourne VIC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional migration advice across a range of visa categories.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct client consultations and deliver clear, practical migration solutions.

Requirements

  • Current and valid MARA registration (MARN) - Mandatory.
  • Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice.
  • Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways.
  • Excellent written communication, organisational, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in LEGENDcom, Department of Home Affairs portals, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience handling Skilled, Employer-Sponsored, Partner, and Student Visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of student-to-permanent residency pathways.
  • Experience managing complex migration cases and review matters.
