Senior Financial Adviser

QIX Consulting is currently working with an exclusive wealth management client to identify a high-performing Senior Financial Adviser to help drive their next phase of growth in NSW.

We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, thrives on building relationships, and sees the significant opportunity that exists within a business offering a genuine pathway to equity and partnership .

About You

You will ideally bring:

• 10+ years' experience in financial advice and wealth management.
• Experience working with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
• A background within larger advice firms, private wealth businesses, private banking or similar environments.
• Strong technical capability across strategic advice, investment management and wealth creation.
• Proven ability to build referral partnerships and generate new client relationships.
• A commercial mindset with a genuine desire to grow a client book and contribute to business growth.
• Leadership qualities and a long-term commitment to building something meaningful.
