About the opportunity

As Treasury Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Charter Hall’s funds platform by helping manage debt, liquidity and treasury risk across a large and complex portfolio. Working across multiple funds, this role helps ensure the business is well positioned to fund growth, manage risk and deliver strong outcomes for investors.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage debt facilities across a large and complex funds platform, helping ensure Charter Hall has the right funding in place to support acquisitions, developments and ongoing portfolio performance.
  • Support refinances and new funding transactions, working closely with banks, legal advisers and internal stakeholders to help secure capital and keep the business well positioned for growth.
  • Drive treasury risk management across interest rate, liquidity and FX exposures, helping protect the business and support informed decision-making across funds.
  • Partner with Finance and Funds Management on cash strategy and forecasting, providing insight on risks and opportunities so the platform can plan with confidence.
  • Maintain treasury models, reporting and compliance processes across ~60 funds, helping deliver strong governance, high-quality reporting and disciplined treasury management.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
  • Relevant qualifications include a degree in finance / a commerce related discipline.
  • Experience working with treasury management systems, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other technologies relevant to the job responsibilities.
  • Experience working with loan and derivative agreements.
