We're partnering with a growing boutique property developer seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of end to end project marketing campaigns.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive project launches, digital campaigns, branding initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement across an exciting development pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end to end project marketing campaigns

• Manage agencies, consultants, and creative partners

• Coordinate project launches, websites, signage, events, and collateral

• Drive digital marketing across social media, EDMs, CRM, and web

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise results

• Support the ongoing growth of the brand

What We're Looking For

• Property development or project marketing experience is essential

• 4+ years marketing experience

• Strong stakeholder and project management skills

• Experience delivering campaigns from concept to execution

• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
