About Agents Craft AI

We build autonomous AI operating systems for mid-market businesses. Not advisory. Not strategy decks. Production agents that execute end-to-end workflows.

In hotels: agents that answer booking inquiries 24/7, manage guest communications across channels, handle concierge requests, and free up front-desk staff for high-value interactions.

In logistics: agents that automate dispatch, respond to shipment status inquiries, process documentation, and reduce ops team workload by 30 to 50%.

Our typical engagement ships a working agentic system in 4 to 8 weeks. We have shipped voice AI at 550ms latency, multi-agent systems with 70+ specialized agents, and air-gapped LLM deployments. We sell outcomes, not hours.

We are expanding into Australia, leading with hotels and logistics. You are how we get there.

The Role

You will be our person on the ground in Sydney or Melbourne. Your job is to walk into hotels and logistics businesses, build relationships with owners and operators, and book qualified discovery meetings with our founder.

Two verticals, two pitches, two target lists. Hotels: independent and small-chain properties (50 to 200 rooms) where we automate guest communications, booking inquiries, and front-desk workflows. Logistics: freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehousing operators (20 to 200 staff) where we automate dispatch, customer service, and back-office documentation.

This is not cold telesales. This is not lead-gen spam. You are the human face of Agents Craft AI in Australia, building real relationships in your city with businesses that need what we build.

You do the opening. We close. You earn on both.

Who We Want

• Prior B2B sales experience. Field, inside, or channel. Two years minimum. We do not train juniors in this role.

• Bonus weight if you have sold into hospitality (hotels, hotel groups, hotel tech) or logistics (freight, 3PL, supply chain, warehousing). Not required, but it shortens your ramp by months.

• Comfortable walking into a hotel reception or a logistics yard office, asking for the General Manager or Operations Manager, and holding a confident conversation.

• Networked in Sydney or Melbourne hospitality/logistics circles, or willing to attend 3 to 4 industry events per week to build that network fast. Tourism Accommodation Australia, Australian Logistics Council, and SCLAA chapters are good starting points.

• Self-directed. We give you a target list, a playbook, and two vertical-specific pitches. You run your week.

• Curious about AI. You do not need to be technical. You need to understand the operational pain we solve and explain it in plain English to a hotel GM or a logistics ops head.

• Australian work rights. Full work authorization required.

Who This Is Not For

• Recent grads with no sales experience.

• Order-takers. We do not have inbound leads for you to process.

• People who need daily management.

• Anyone uncomfortable hearing 'no' fifteen times before hearing one 'yes'.

What You Will Actually Do

• Field visits. 15 to 20 in-person business visits per week. Mix: 50% hotels (CBD, beachside, suburban properties), 50% logistics (freight depots, 3PL yards, warehousing parks). Routes clustered for efficiency.

• Event presence. Attend 3 to 4 industry events per week. Hotels: TAA functions, AHICE, hotel GM networking nights. Logistics: SCLAA meetups, ALC events, freight industry breakfasts.

• Follow-up cadence. Drop-bys, coffee meetings, LinkedIn DMs, follow-up emails. Multi-touch, multi-channel. Hotel GMs respond to mid-morning visits. Logistics ops heads respond to early-morning or late-afternoon visits. Work the rhythms.

• Discovery booking. Book qualified 30-minute video calls between the prospect and our founder. Qualified means decision-maker (GM, owner, ops head, COO), real operational pain we can solve, real budget.

• CRM hygiene. Log every conversation by vertical. Update pipeline weekly. Report to the founder twice a week, separated by vertical so we can see which is converting.

• Feedback loop. You are the eyes and ears for what Australian hotels and logistics operators actually need. We will adjust the pitch, target list, and product positioning based on what you hear in the field.

Compensation

• Base. AUD 1,500 per month. Covers your floor: fuel, phone, lunches, motivation.

• Deal share. 20% of the closed deal value, paid out across the contract period.

• Indicative monthly earnings. AUD 3,000 to 6,000 in months 1 to 3 ramp-up. AUD 6,000 to 12,000+ in months 4 onwards if pipeline lands. Top performers will be invited into a full-time role with equity discussion at month 6

• Term. Six-month minimum commitment. 30-day paid trial to confirm fit on both sides.

What You Get From Us

• Two defined target lists. 150+ qualified hotels and 150+ qualified logistics businesses in your city, refreshed monthly with seasonality flags.

• Two vertical-specific field playbooks. Hotel pitch (guest comms automation, booking inquiry handling, front-desk efficiency). Logistics pitch (dispatch automation, customer service agents, documentation workflows). 90-second opener, objection responses, one-pager handouts, two anchor case studies per vertical.

• Direct access to the founder for live deal coaching. No middle layer.

• Full ownership of the Australian market relationship. First-mover with founder backing.
