We are looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to join our Melbourne team and contribute to our growth journey while developing valuable commercial and recruitment skills.

Position

Multilingual Talent Acquisition Intern

Melbourne CBD / Hybrid

6-Month Internship

4 Days Per Week

$1,000 per Month Internship Allowance

About the Role

This is not a typical internship.

You will work directly with experienced recruitment and business leaders, gaining exposure to executive recruitment, international business services and client engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Candidate sourcing and market mapping
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Supporting executive search assignments
  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications

Business Development Support

  • Researching target industries and companies
  • Supporting client engagement activities
  • Assisting with proposals and capability statements
  • Participating in networking and business development initiatives

International Projects

  • Working with international clients expanding into Australia
  • Supporting multicultural recruitment projects
  • Assisting with workforce and market-entry initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Native or fluent speaker of French, German or Spanish
  • Strong English communication skills

Internship Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled through a recognised education provider that can facilitate the internship and provide the required legal and academic framework.
