Infrastructure Debt Advisory Associate/VP - Market Leading Practice

We are partnering with a newly established debt advisory platform being built alongside a highly successful and well-established M&A advisory business. The opportunity offers the chance to work directly with two of the leading Managing Directors in the market as they continue to expand the practice.

The team advises corporate and sponsor-backed clients on debt financing transactions, with a strong focus on refinancing, growth capital and acquisition financing mandates. The platform has established a leading position within infrastructure and real assets, advising clients across power and utilities, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, data centres, telecommunications and transport assets.

VP / Director – Deal Lead

• Lead transaction execution from day one, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and managing junior team members.
• Take responsibility for coordinating transaction processes, stakeholder management and delivery of client outcomes.
• Director-level candidates will also be expected to contribute to business development, client relationship management and origination activities.
• Suitable candidates may come from project finance, debt advisory, infrastructure finance or related investment banking backgrounds.

Senior Analyst / Associate – Execution

• Support transaction execution through financial modelling, analysis, presentation materials and due diligence.
• Work closely with senior team members across live mandates from day one.
• Ideal candidates will have strong technical capabilities and prior transaction experience gained within investment banking, debt advisory, project finance or related advisory environments.

The business has flexibility across Analyst to Director level and will tailor responsibilities and title to the successful candidate. Opportunities are available in both Melbourne and Sydney.
