We're currently partnering with a client in the freight forwarding industry to hire a Customer Service (Operations & Sales) professional based in the Inner South Sydney area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients while supporting both operational and sales functions.

Role Description
This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations within a freight forwarding environment, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments and excellent client communication.
- Handling customer enquiries including freight bookings, shipment status, charges, and general enquiries
- Processing import bookings, managing documentation, invoicing, and coordinating with customs brokers
- Liaising with airlines and internal stakeholders to secure freight space and ensure timely delivery
- Managing customer complaints and maintaining high service standards
- Supporting administrative tasks such as reception duties and inbound calls as required
Skills And Experience
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:
- About 2 years' experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
