About the opportunity
Supporting the centralised Group Treasury team, this role plays a key part in contributing to the management of Charter Hall’s debt platform and treasury risk across a large, diversified funds platform.
By helping deliver disciplined funding, strong risk management and reliable access to capital, you’ll support consistent, long‑term outcomes for our investors and the performance of our broader platform.
How you’ll make an impact
- Manage debt administration and funding processes
- You’ll support cashflow forecasting, prepare debt rollover recommendations and manage facility documentation, helping ensure funding is in place to support ongoing investment activity and performance.
- Partner with banking counterparties and internal stakeholders
- By working closely with lenders, Fund Managers and Finance teams, you’ll help maintain strong relationships and ensure efficient execution of treasury activities across the platform.
- Support liquidity and cash management across the platform
- You’ll monitor liquidity, contribute to cashflow forecasting and participate in cash strategy discussions, helping ensure the business is well positioned to meet commitments and manage risk.
- C ontribute to treasury risk management and reporting
- Through managing hedge accounting, supporting reporting requirements and interpreting debt agreements, you’ll help ensure risk is well understood and managed across the portfolio
What you’ll bring to the team
- Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance / Accounting or related discipline preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working with a Treasury Management system or GTreasury is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to working with loan agreements and derivatives
