Assistant Development Manager

Our client is one of Australia’s leading diversified property companies with a significant portfolio of projects in Residential land, apartments, commercial and industrial sectors. They also manage a large portfolio of assets in key locations set for growth and prosperity.

The are now seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join their team that delivers residential land subdivisions.

You will be supporting an experienced Senior Development Manager on a range of projects at various stages of the development lifecycle. They have a committed pipeline of projects and plenty of milestone and outcomes for you to help drive and deliver.

We are looking for someone who is ideally an existing ADM on land projects, offering a level of autonomy and delegated authority to someone with a proven ability in managing project consultants in a team environment.

You must have strong commercial/ financial acumen and ideally have experience using DCF modelling software. This will be backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tertiary qualification related to property.
