Troocoo is proud to be partnering with The Lottery Corporation to appoint a Programmatic Operations Executive to join their Media Studio team.

The Media Studio operates as a centralised centre of excellence, bringing together specialist capability across digital media activation, campaign execution, measurement, and optimisation to support a portfolio of well-known brands. The team plays a key role in ensuring media activity is delivered consistently, efficiently, and with clear, measurable impact.

About The Role

As the Programmatic Operations Executive, you will work across campaign activation, reporting, data integrity, and optimisation processes, while contributing to continuous improvement across the Media Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaign builds and trafficking across DSPs and ad serving platforms.
  • Configure audience targeting, pacing, inventory allocation, and campaign delivery settings.
  • Support implementation and validation of tagging and tracking framework.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure reporting data is flowing accurately into dashboards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain governance and naming convention.
  • Identify campaign discrepancies and support issue resolution and optimisation opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a detailed, fast-paced environment and thrives on bringing campaigns to life through accurate execution and data-led decision making.

You will bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience within programmatic media, advertising operations, or digital campaign execution.
  • Exposure to DSP platforms, ideally experience working with The Trade Desk.
  • Experience using ad serving technologies, with exposure to Innovid highly regarded.
  • Understanding of campaign tagging, tracking, and measurement methodologies.
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
