Role Ov erview
The fund is seeking a driven investment professional with experience in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity to join a high-performing team at a significant inflection point in the fund's development. The role spans the full investment lifecycle; from origination and execution through to portfolio oversight and exit management, with a primary focus on growth equity alongside select listed equity postions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and industry research to support investment assessment and origination
- Lead the preparation of due diligence materials and investment committee memoranda
- Build and maintain extensive financial models including sensitivity analysis across potential investment opportunities
- Develop and help implement value creation strategies for portfolio companies spanning revenue growth, operational improvement, financial controls and shareholder value
- Collaborate across the firm to gather information necessary to support investment decisions across multiple strategies
- Provide ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets including review of monthly operating results and maintenance of project performance tracking
- Engage and manage third party consultants and advisors on new investment opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry and professional networks to enhance the visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations to ASX and managed fund investors
Requirements
- One to five years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity
- Excellent academic credentials and achievements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with substantial experience in financial modelling and valuation
- Results-oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
