In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering administrative and evidentiary support for Transport for NSW enforcement and prosecution processes, this role will see you support the end‑to‑end administration of court‑elected challenges, assemble briefs of evidence, maintain prosecution records, and provide accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
You will prepare, collate and manage key documentation, evidentiary materials and database records to ensure efficient processing of matters, accurate court outcomes reporting, and high‑quality customer and stakeholder service in an environment shaped by evolving legislation, regulatory requirements and operational demands.
Please note this is a temporary full-time role until 1 October 2027
This role is based in Parramatta, however applicants from Glen Innes and Grafton will be considered. This role will require 50% office presence from 1 July you will need to be flexible to travel to the office any day if the role requires.

About You
Your administration, documentation management and stakeholder communication skills formed across legal support, regulatory administration, compliance operations or high‑volume information management roles will see you accurately prepare evidence packages, manage registers and statistics, navigate complex inquiries, and support operational consistency that leads to timely, accurate and compliant enforcement outcomes.
You're recognised as a clear communicator and detail‑oriented team player, skilled at organising information, responding to stakeholder enquiries, and maintaining structured records, experienced in working with legislation, preparing reports and correspondence, managing databases, and supporting collaborative workflows in compliance or enforcement environments.
