About The Role
We currently are open to expression of interests for locum Sonographers to join us at our Hobart or Launceston,
Tasmania clinic. With sporadic opportunities ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months available immediately.

Travel and accommodation options are available for those based interstate.
Responsibilities Include
- Conduct a variety of scans including a mix of general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics and gynaecological studies.
- Enjoy a varied mix of cases within a private clinic.
- Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.
- Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.
About You
- Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
- Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience.
- An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.
- Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 6pm - 8am.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
- Experience with GE equipment is preferred.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
