What you will do
As commercial manager, you will help oversee a major contract that supports the Victorian fines system.
You will monitor performance, provide advice and drive service improvements.
You will:
- analyse contractor performance and identify emerging trends
- develop and monitor effective performance measures and service standards
- investigate complex compliance issues and recommend improvements
- provide strategic advice, reports and briefings to senior leaders
- lead regular audits and support service improvements across contracted services.
About you
A relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience will be highly regarded.
You should have strong experience managing contractor performance and improving processes and outcomes.
You should also have:
- significant experience in contract management and performance monitoring
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- the ability to lead continuous improvement and strategic planning
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
