About the role

We are seeking a fun, energetic and experienced RTO administration officer to join our team on a 12 month maternity leave contract.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting students through their journey, through all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.

You will be taking enquiries from potentials students and referral agencies, processing of enrolments, processing enrolment amendments and completions.

What we're looking for?

  • Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role, ideally with an RTO or within the training sector

  • Ideally experience using Student and Learning Management Systems

  • A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand

  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Blue Card Card is required.
