We’re looking for a strategic, commercially savvy Acquisitions Manager to drive property growth across Nationally. In this high-impact role you will identify, assess, and execute property opportunities that shape the future of our network.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, you’ll manage acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and portfolio optimisation. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful, high-value transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess acquisition, divestment, and leasing opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
- Source on-market and off-market opportunities through developers, landowners, and agents.
- Lead property transactions end-to-end: site reviews, due diligence, negotiations, contracts, and settlements.
- Prepare business cases, executive summaries, and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence across legal, planning, engineering, environmental, valuation, and commercial streams.
- Conduct market research, site inspections, and feasibility assessments to inform strategic decisions.
About you
- 8+ years in commercial property, ideally in acquisitions, disposals, or leasing.
- Experience in fuel, QSR, roadside retail, or related commercial development (service stations, convenience retail, freeway service centres) highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end property transactions and multi-stream due diligence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing at senior levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting.
