We're looking for friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Warrnambool. If you love helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the role for you. This role would be 4 days a week (8hrs a day - 8.30am to 5pm, half an hour lunch)

What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service or a team-based environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple tasks.
Extra Points (Nice to Have)
- Retail or PHI/regulated industry experience.
- Sales experience with the ability to meet targets.
