It serves as an essential part of the justice system, ensuring that individuals and businesses can resolve their disputes efficiently and fairly.

Your new role

• Program Reporting & Transparency: Prepare and deliver weekly and quarterly program reports, including RAIDD, program board packs, and key performance insights to support decision-making and governance forums.
• Financial & Resource Optimisation: Support program financial tracking (budget vs actuals), forecasting, and resource capacity planning to ensure optimal allocation and delivery efficiency.
• Governance Enablement: Facilitate governance processes including steering committees, decision/action logs, escalation protocols, and adherence to approval frameworks
• Pre-Discovery & Discovery Excellence: Enable structured discovery practices through checklists, templates, quality gates, and readiness assessments to ensure delivery success.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Drive strategic stakeholder engagement including pre-briefings, Design Authority forums, and program cadence activities to ensure alignment and reduce delivery friction.
