Senior Mac Support Specialist (Executive SupportWe are looking for an experienced Mac Support Specialist with a passion for Apple technology and exceptional customer service. Inspired by the Apple Genius Bar model, this role is ideal for Apple evangelists—particularly those with Genius Bar or Apple Support experience—who thrive in high-touch, executive environments.You’ll provide premium end-user support across macOS, primarily supporting Executive-level stakeholders, while contributing to enterprise-scale desktop support for a workforce of ~5,000 users in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
