Technical Support Specialist – Sydney CBD | Onsite Role (6-Month Contract)

Your new role
- Act as the face of IT providing Level 1.5 onsite and remote support
- Deliver hands-on support: device troubleshooting, deployments, AV/meeting room support
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and user issues across sites
- Act as escalation point for site-specific incidents
- Work closely with offshore service desks, infrastructure teams, and vendors
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in desktop/technical support roles
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with device deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting
- Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in onsite, fast-paced environments
