Technical Support Specialist – Sydney CBD | Onsite Role (6-Month Contract)

Your new role

  • Act as the face of IT providing Level 1.5 onsite and remote support
  • Deliver hands-on support: device troubleshooting, deployments, AV/meeting room support
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and user issues across sites
  • Act as escalation point for site-specific incidents
  • Work closely with offshore service desks, infrastructure teams, and vendors

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in desktop/technical support roles
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with device deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in onsite, fast-paced environments
