Responsibilities

• Promote established personal development and leadership programs online
• Develop digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms

• Operate independently while collaborating with an international support network

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, business, leadership, sales, coaching, consulting, or related fields
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong self-management and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital communication tools including WhatsApp and Zoom
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Available to communicate within UK/Europe-friendly hours
• Not suitable for students or applicants seeking entry-level employment
