About The Role

Join the Automation Domain within Technology and Transformation, working with business teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities. You will analyse current processes, design end-to-end solutions, and support delivery from discovery through to implementation. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and meaningful transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with process owners to lead automation initiatives from discovery through analysis, testing, training, and implementation to deliver measurable improvements
• Analyse current processes and develop clear documentation, including functional requirements and process maps, to support solution design
• Evaluate data and information to identify problems, opportunities, and practical solutions that improve business performance
• Assess risks associated with new or updated processes and recommend controls that support sustainable outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience
• Support change activities, including training and communication, to embed new processes and ensure successful adoption

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering business analysis or process improvement initiatives, ideally within technology or automation environments
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
• Experience creating process maps using BPMN or similar methodologies, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining quality outcomes
• Effective communication and presentation skills, enabling you to share insights and influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of project or change management approaches, supporting delivery and adoption of new solutions
