As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll work directly alongside our Account Management team, supporting a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This is a structured entry point into a commercial career: you'll learn how strategic account relationships are built, how renewals and expansions are managed, and how enterprise customers are kept and grown. The role that this feeds into is Account Manager, and that path is intentional.
