The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible Executive Assistant role supporting the Chief People, Culture & Inclusion Officer (CPCIO), while also partnering closely with the broader PC&I team.
Sitting at the centre of the PC&I function, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly - ensuring the CPCIO is well supported, the team is coordinated, and priorities are delivered efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment, where no two days look the same and where strong judgement, organisation and attention to detail are critical.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Agency, contributing to PC&I initiatives while also managing the day-to-day rhythm of the function. This role would particularly suit someone who understands how a People & Culture function operates and enjoys being part of a team that delivers at pace.
What you'll do
- Provide high-quality executive support to the CPCIO, including diary management, meeting coordination and stakeholder liaison
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the CPCIO's time is used effectively
- Act as a key point of coordination between the CPCIO and internal and external stakeholders
- Support the broader PC&I team across a range of initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard
- Coordinate meetings, prepare and distribute materials, and support reporting requirements
- Partner with Procurement to support contract set up, tracking and invoice reconciliation
- Contribute to the coordination of projects, including documentation, timelines and stakeholder communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring more efficiency to day-to-day ways of working
About you
You are a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, C-suite environment.
You are confident working with senior stakeholders, able to manage competing priorities, and bring a calm, structured approach to complexity.
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at C-suite level
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Strong capability across Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working within a People & Culture / HR function is highly desirable and will be strongly preferred. This role sits within PC&I and benefits from someone who understands the rhythm, priorities and sensitivities of a people-focused function.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems would also be advantageous.
