About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience
Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
Leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role model
High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
