Our Graduate Nurse program is designed to shape you into the best nurse. That is why so many graduates stay with us beyond their Graduate Program.

Our 12-month Graduate Program provides you with the full range of acute and sub-acute hospital experiences, offering clinical rotations including specialty streams such as cardiac, mental health, oncology, palliative, emergency OR a 12-month perioperative rotation.

What We Offer

• Part-Time position (0.8 FTE – 30.4 hours per week) Balancing personal and work life. Except 32 hours per week in Malvern Perioperative Suite

• Ongoing, permanent employment contracts: Stability and security in your career.

• Clinical rotations will be either at Malvern and Brighton campuses or Elsternwick for mental health

• Exceptional bedside educational support: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

• Development and networking events: Grow your professional network and skills.

Application Requirements

• Curriculum vitae (CV): Include details of each clinical placement (length, month, year, facility, ward, case mix, and length of placement).

• Academic transcript: Most recent certified copy, including the grading legend/key page.

• Two most recent acute clinical placement assessment reports. If requesting a mental health rotation, please proved a clinical assessment report from a mental health setting

• Professional references: Two referees, with at least one from your most recent clinical placement. Include full name, title, phone number, and email address.

• Passport-size headshot photo

• Copy of your visa if applicable and passport
