- Partnering with hiring managers and P&C BPs to develop a clear understanding of role requirements and hiring needs within allocated client groups
- Writing job advertisements and interview guides, and supporting leaders throughout the interview and selection process
- Selecting and executing appropriate advertising and attraction strategies
- Providing recruitment advice and support to hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Proactively sourcing, screening and assessing candidates against defined competencies and role requirements
- Maintaining engagement with potential future candidates to build talent pipelines
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating all pre employment checks and compliance requirements as required
- Facilitating offer process
- Identify and respond to business talent needs by developing targeted attraction and sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements, market conditions and hiring priorities.
- Design and deliver assessment centres where appropriate to improve recruitment efficiency, support consistent evaluation andenhance the candidate experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing trusted advice and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Operate autonomously and with sound judgement, managing recruitment activity independently while balancing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes.
- Partner with the business to build a competitive employer brand. Using a broad range of platforms to engage candidates including social media, internet sourcing & industry networking for active and passive candidates
- Build and implement recruitment solutions in line with hiring managers and business needs
- Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of recruitment including; recruitment market trends, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, and /or other recruitment services
- Coordinate with external immigration lawyers to support candidates and employees through visa, sponsorship and work rights processes, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements
- P&C process improvement & project work as required
