Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our team on Sydney’s beautiful North Shore.

About The Role

This 4‑year apprenticeship combines paid, practical experience with Fee‑Free TAFE study — meaning you can earn while you learn with no course fees. You’ll develop real horticultural skills while helping maintain vibrant public spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, and general garden care
• Learning to safely operate horticultural tools and machinery
• Assisting with turf care, landscaping projects, and sports field maintenance
• Helping maintain parks, reserves, and community spaces
• Attending TAFE as part of your fee‑free apprenticeship

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in plants, gardens, and outdoor work
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a team
• Driver’s licence (or working towards one) is a bonus
