At Seven West Media, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused
People & Culture Administrator to join our close-knit team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support across the business. You will be the backbone of our People & Culture operations, keeping things running smoothly, ensuring accuracy, and creating a seamless employee experience behind the scenes.
This is the perfect role for someone who takes pride in staying organised, enjoys working with systems like Workday, and can juggle multiple priorities while keeping people at the centre of everything they do. We know balance matters, which is why this role can be worked either full-time, 5 days per week or part time, 4 days per week to suit your lifestyle. No prior HR experience is required, we will teach you the People & Culture side.
About The Role
Your days will include:
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparing contracts, variations, and employee correspondence with precision.
- Maintaining accurate records and data within our systems (Workday) .
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting and reporting, compliance, and document management.
- Contributing to People & Culture projects and process improvements.
- Coordinating travel and other admin support as needed.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Loves keeping things organised and understands how important it is to get the details right.
- Is systems-savvy and enjoys learning new platforms and tools.
- Has experience in admin, coordination, customer service, or support roles.
- Is highly organised and can manage competing priorities with ease.
- Has sharp attention to detail and enjoys working with data and processes.
- Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Is proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Has Workday experience (a bonus, but not essential).
