The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Doncaster Boutique.

In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium boutique environment, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Permanent part-time | Thursday, Friday & Sunday | 17 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day boutique operations
