Stewarding Team Leader

The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Stewarding Team Leader to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As the team leader, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. You will oversee daily stewarding operations and lead a team of kitchen stewards in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. What will you do?

• Lead and support the stewarding team
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate dishwashing, waste management, and kitchen cleaning
• Support kitchen and food & beverage teams as required
• Ensure all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently

More About You

• Previous stewarding or kitchen experience in a leadership role
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Sound understanding of HACCP principles with a focus on safety
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
