About the Role
Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Asset Optimisation Lead to join our growing company. You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of the annual maintenance plan, intending to enhance the safety, quality and profitability of the Maintenance Contract.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Coburg, VIC
Reporting Line: Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain asset management strategies to align with annual collaborative goals.
- Research, review, and develop optimised processes to improve asset lifecycle costs through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance practices.
- Work closely with Operational Stakeholders to ensure industry best practices and continuous improvement efficiencies for the associated asset management practices.
- Ensure clear, effective communication of the maintenance schedules and associated requirements to facilitate smooth execution and management of all scheduled tasks.
- Work with the planners and schedulers to ensure the maintenance schedules accurately reflect the necessary sequencing and success of preventive maintenance logic. Lead teams responsible for establishing/updating procedures to keep the contract aligned with the baseline schedules.
- Work closely with teams to implement necessary risk mitigation strategies to minimise the maintenance contract's overall risk profile.
- Work with workforce, analysts and schedulers to ensure maintenance schedules are achieving targeted objectives and maintain ongoing reporting format improvement, including KPI requirements.
- Leverage data analytics to predict asset issues, reduce network downtime, and improve maintenance schedules.
About You
- 5 + years’ experience in the delivery and optimization of Water Infrastructure Maintenance Programs.
- Trade certificate in electrical or mechanical would be advantageous
- Previous experience in delivery of maintenance activities in both water and wastewater treatment and networks assets
- Current driver’s license
