Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across Mid-Market to Enterprise level customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Visit clients on site across Sydney for presentations and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised financial solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
- A strong background in the Professional Services industry, ideally with experience with another outsourced service provider.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets and goals.
