Enterprise Account Director, Fusion Cloud Applications
Oracle
Job Description
- Oracle is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic SaaS application sales across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector in Australia for NSW and Queensland territory.
This role is suited to an experienced enterprise software sales professional who can build trusted relationships within large banking and financial services organizations, originate and shape complex transformation opportunities, and construct high-value software deals across Oracle’s
Fusion Cloud SaaS full suite, including
ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX/CRM.
The successful candidate will manage a strategic BFSI territory that includes a mix of existing Oracle customer accounts and prospective new-logo opportunities. You will be responsible for expanding Oracle’s value within established customer relationships while also building new executive relationships, developing fresh pipeline, and opening new opportunities across priority BFSI organizations.
Why This Role Matters
Banking and financial services organizations are under continuous pressure to modernize legacy systems, improve operational resilience, strengthen regulatory readiness, simplify business processes, and make faster, data-informed decisions.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications provide an integrated SaaS platform that helps large enterprises transform how they run their business — from finance and planning to human capital, supply chain, customer experience, and enterprise performance.
This role is critical to Oracle’s continued growth in the BFSI market. The successful candidate will help shape strategic software opportunities by expanding Oracle’s impact in existing customer environments and developing new customer relationships across the sector. Success will require both disciplined account growth and proactive new-logo development.
What You’ll Do
- Own and develop a strategic BFSI sales territory, covering a mix of existing Oracle customer accounts and new-logo opportunities.
- Expand Oracle’s presence within established customer accounts by identifying whitespace, building executive alignment, and connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS to evolving business priorities.
- Build new-logo pipeline by identifying target organizations, developing senior relationships, creating demand, and shaping transformation opportunities from early-stage engagement through close.
- Identify, shape, and progress large-scale transformation opportunities across Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX/CRM.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from account strategy and opportunity creation through qualification, business case development, negotiation, and close.
- Construct large software deals by aligning customer business priorities, stakeholder requirements, commercial strategy, solution value, implementation considerations, and executive sponsorship.
- Partner with Oracle pre-sales, consulting, customer success, marketing, alliances, and partner teams to bring the right expertise to each customer engagement.
- Develop compelling value propositions that connect Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to customer outcomes such as efficiency, resilience, agility, employee experience, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
- Navigate complex buying groups across finance, HR, technology, operations, risk, procurement, transformation, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution against revenue goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in enterprise software sales, preferably across SaaS, cloud applications, ERP, HCM, CRM/CX, EPM, SCM, consulting, or large-scale business transformation solutions.
- Demonstrated track-record of building, shaping, and closing large, complex software deals within banking or major financial services organizations.
- Extensive Experience selling into the Australian BFSI market, particularly large banking organizations.
- Experience growing existing enterprise accounts as well as developing new-logo opportunities from early-stage prospecting through commercial close.
- Strong understanding of how large financial services organizations evaluate, justify, procure, and implement enterprise technology platforms.
- Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-level executives, with credibility and commercial insight.
- Experience building executive relationships, developing account strategies, mapping stakeholders, and navigating multi-layered decision processes.
- Strong value-based selling capability, including business case creation, ROI articulation, competitive positioning, and outcome-led customer engagement.
- Commercial discipline in qualification, pipeline development, negotiation, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex transformation themes for different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience selling across multiple application domains, such as finance, HR, supply chain, customer experience, planning, analytics, or operations.
- Familiarity with banking transformation priorities, including operational resilience, regulatory change, digital modernization, cost optimization, risk management, workforce transformation, and customer experience improvement.
- Experience working in a matrixed global technology organization with pre-sales, consulting, partner, and customer success teams.
What Success Looks Like
- Existing customer accounts are developed through strong account planning, executive engagement, whitespace identification, and measurable expansion opportunities.
- New-logo opportunities are created and progressed through proactive territory development, senior stakeholder engagement, and disciplined pipeline generation.
- Strategic software opportunities are shaped and advanced through clear business value, strong qualification, and effective internal collaboration.
- Oracle is positioned as a trusted transformation partner for banking and financial services customers and prospects.
- Customer conversations are anchored in business value, measurable outcomes, and sector relevance.
- Pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and deal progression are consistently strong.
