We’re moving forward, and we want you to come along for the ride.
About the opportunity
As Regional Manager – First & Last Mile, you will provide end‑to‑end leadership across New South Wales, shaping the way Australia Post delivers to customers and communities every day.

Reporting to the GM First & Last Mile, you will work closely with Network Operations leaders and enterprise support teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality delivery outcomes while strengthening safety and performance culture across the region.
Success in this role is reflected in measurable improvements in DIFOT, safety, productivity, cost‑to‑serve and employee engagement, delivered sustainably and with a strong customer and community lens.

You’ll also bring:
- A strong track record leading multi‑site, geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven experience working constructively in industrial and consultative environments.
- Demonstrated capability leading large workforces through transformation and performance uplift.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in operations, business or logistics/supply chain (desirable).
