The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Essendon contact centre. This role supports our national network of leisure facilities, health clubs, and swim schools. Because our facilities keep active hours, shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Your Main Priorities

  • Handle general customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly, helpful manner.
  • Manage membership leads and program inquiries.
  • Process swim school enrolments, schedule class moves and resolve outstanding accounts.
  • Take care of data entry and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Service Skills: Excellent phone manner, clear written communication, and top-tier customer service.
  • The Right Attitude: A positive, can-do approach with a knack for multitasking and learning new systems quickly.
  • Problem Solvers: The ability to pinpoint customer needs and deliver fast, accurate solutions that hit our team KPIs.
  • Compliance: A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification (or willingness to get it post-hire).

Desirable (But not essential)

  • Experience in a contact centre or fast-paced front-facing customer service environment.
  • A background in the fitness, leisure, or swim school industry.
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk, Links, or iClass Pro software.
